Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup
Ingredients:
1 Chicken
1 tea sp Light Soy Sauce
1 Egg
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Sesame Oil
2 teaspoon Cornflour mixed with 2 Tbsp Water
1 tin Cream Style Corn
300ml Chicken Stock
1 Table sp Light Soy Sauce
Method:
Heat up chicken stock nd creamed corn in a large pot. Add 1 Table spoon light soy sauce.
Add in beaten egg when hot nd stir gently, so the egg cooks in strands.
Add cornflour in chicken.
Divide the soup into individual bowls.
Heat up frying pan. Stir fry chicken strips until cooked.
