Italian Roast Beef
INGREDIENTS of Roast Beef:>
1 cup water
4 pounds rump roast
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tea spoon garlic
3 cubes beef bouillon
1 tea spoon salt
2 table spoons Italian seasoning
2 table spoons dried oregano
1 tea spoon freshly ground blackpepper
2 table spoons dried basil
Instructions:>
Pour water in a large kettle nd add bouillon cubes in it.
Mix 2gether the salt, garlic, blackpepper, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Rub roast with 1/2 cup vegetable oil and roll roast in seasoning mixture until well coated. Place the roast in the kettle with seasoning mixture and oil.
Bring water to a boil and simmer approximately 3 1/2 hours.
