Saucy Baked Pork Chops
Spicy brown mustard and Ranch dressing jazz up these tasty baked chops.
one and half tablespoons bold and spicy mustard
olive oil, about one tablespoon
half cup chicken broth
seasoned salt and pepper
four ounces coarsely chopped mushrooms
half cup chopped onion
three tablespoons Creamy Ranch Dressing
four to six sirloin chops, boneless
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Salt and pepper the chops, put in skillet, in batches and brown quickly on both sides.
Remove to a baking dish lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
To the warm skillet, add chopped onions and mushrooms.
Cook, stirring, until onions are browned and just tender.
